Seaside Apartment in SanRemo, Italy

Cosy beach front apartment, consists of bedroom, living room,kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
It comes with a private parking spot, situated right in front of the main building’s entrance.

The apartment is located on the third of a five floors building,the elevator takes you down to the shared pool area where you
have access to the seaside, with a private beach and a little harbour.

The residential complex includes a Cafè and a Restaurant, less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
There are small shops which are walking distance for your basic needs, downtown Sanremo is a 5 minutes drive,
even tough I would suggest to use a bicycle, there is Italy’s longest bicycle lane running on the main road above.

Sanremo is a lovely little town on the “riviera di ponente”, the weather is warm all year round: very mild winters,
hot summer and nice middle seasons. Half an  hour car ride to France’s “cote d’azur” on the highway,  I would spend a bit more time on the local roads,
the scenery is worth the time!
