TANKAH 52 in Tulum, Mexico

Tankah 52 is a luxury beachfront boutique development that gets its name due to the unrivaled location with a dazzling ocean scenery in Tankah Bay, Tulum. The idea has been to create a contemporary and elegant design, inspired by nautical architecture. 

To meet this expectation, the project’s premise was to respect the incredible beauty of the ocean view and the natural environment, through the use of undulating and aerodynamic lines that connect with the marine environment. It has large volumes of glass to obtain the transparency necessary for visual communication with the sea.

15 minutes from the city of Tulum, in the Riviera Maya, surrounded by archaeological sites, natural attractions and a rich indigenous culture, the Tankah 52 apartment complex, with a sustainable and organic architectural character, mixes ease of access, tranquility and necessary comforts, with a luxurious lifestyle that coexists organically with the nature that surrounds it.

Counting with 13 units per tower, the project consists of 2 towers for a total of 26 apartments within which there are 4 types, Garden, Middle, Studio and Penthouse. These buildings develop their architecture with sinuous shapes that resemble a yacht.

White curves as an envelope of wooden volumes, the use of glass, decoration and furniture that goes with the character, make this a project that stands out from those of the area. In addition, the amenities to the front, sun deck, pool and bar are crowned by a unique metallic structure that with its morphology reinforces the architectural concept.

Also Tankah 52, includes green technologies. It will provide energy savings, through solar panels on its roof, reuse of rainwater and gray water through a collection system and a treatment plant, as well as water softeners, thermal insulation and equipment that helps to integrate the building. with its environment from the construction processes implemented.
