Very nice furnished apartment in an area called Zahara el Maadi, a suburb of Cairo. It is very simple decor and furnitures but all those who rented the apartment have been very happy to stay there. It can be rented at 30 USD per night on Airbnb or Booking.com and you can hire a cleaning company to deal with cleaning the apartment and handing the keys to the next guest, should you want to rent it out.

If you want to buy it to live there, you will really like the area as there are many local and franchise restaurants and cafes in the vecinity. If you do not want to rent nor live there, you can close it and wait for the value of the apartment to go up.

At this moment, they are currently building some commercial buildings across the street and it is said that the value of the apartment will probably increase at least 40 percent in the next few months.
