As you enter the property a partially finished three story structure was originally designed as a luxury penthouse with massive open air garden living room on the first floor and spacious living spaces on the second. The top floor has spectacular valley views and can be used for anything private or public. The entire building as designed can also become the perfect community space. Drawings available.
