This is a three-bedroom self contained building located in the heart of the historic town centre of Capua, Caserta.

The three-floored property is part of an early 1900 monastery and has been recently structurally consolidated, renovated, and modernised preserving some of the original architectures such as stone arches and stairway, vaults, internal courtyard and a ceramic-tiled floor decor.

Also has some very beautiful corners along the river where you can have a coffee and listen to live music. it is half an hour from the sea and 15 minutes from the US navy support site in Gricignano. In Pozzuoli, near Naples, there is a nato base. Capua also has the Ricciardi theater, where every year it functions with the theater season. It is a splendid town to live in. In just over an hour’s drive you can reach the Amalfi coast. it is within walking distance of any beauty but without confusion and traffic. Capua also has a sports airport and an important centre: the Cira Italian Aerospace Research Centre.
