The villa has two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with pool views, each bedroom has an independent bathroom.

The living area has a lounge area with smart TV, a dining area, large bay windows to open onto the garden and enjoy a small breeze.

The villa also has a modern equipped kitchen.

In the middle of the tropical garden, a swimming pool with paddling pool for the little ones, sunbeds to rest and enjoy the sun, all with a breathtaking view of the rice fields. The ideal place to live with your  family!

The villa also has a daily cleaning service, and other additional services such as a massage service, preparation of breakfast, provision of a cook for your lunch or dinner, or any other services you may request from us. The staff of the villa will also help you in the search for drivers, guides, scooter rental … There is already a villa management service in place, making it either the perfect place to live or to invest in at an affordable price with a high rental incomes projected.

Slightly set back from the village street for more calm, you will access the villa by a small private lane with a parking space.
