Alkaser is a premium, limited collection of land plots by Aldar Properties, which aims to cater towards commercial investors. The development is located at the north entrance of Yas Island and features just 10 plots for 6–10 storey buildings in mixed-use and residential segments. The construction of Alkaser is scheduled to start in Q3 2023.

There are 2 types of plots available: 6 canal-front and 4 park-facing. The size of the plots range from 38,126 sq. ft to 43,368 sq. ft. The GFA stands at 114,377 sq. ft to 130,104 sq. ft.
