Casas Kaybe – Casa Jabin Luxury Villa In Tulum, Mexico

The Casa Jabín project is inspired by the synergy between simple and contemporary, which results in a home blended with natural materials and neutral colors mixed with LED lighting and high-quality fixed furniture.

The facades have a grayish finish and large windows to the garden, a double interior height that allows the entry of natural light from the first level and ventilation in all areas thanks to its continuous windows. In combination, the orientation, lattices and volumetry allow generating shade in areas more exposed to thermal gain.

The project consists of a Ground Floor, First Level and Roof with a total height of 8.45 meters to the highest wall, 476 m2 of construction and 40 m2 of access with parking.

The Ground Floor of the house has 169 m2 and 40 m2 of access with parking. The living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, guest room, pool area, garden, grill area, machine room and space for two cars in the front are integrated.

On the First Level we have 155 m2 of construction. On this level there are four bedrooms, 3 of them with bathroom and closet and the main one with bathroom, dressing room and terrace, gym and shared terrace.
In the Azotea we have 152 m2 of slab construction and it is a service-only space for placing the condensers for the air conditioners and water tank.

In terms of infrastructure, the hydrosanitary and electrical networks, and voice services are projected towards the general intakes already existing in the subdivision.
