Casas Kaybe – Casa Nogal Luxury Villa In Tulum, Mexico

The Casa Nogal project is proposed as a minimalist expression of the contemporary, which results in a home blended with natural materials and neutral colors mixed with LED lighting and garden areas.

The front façade has a double height that prioritizes the main access. The combination of orientation together with the lattices allows generating shade in areas more exposed to thermal gain. The project consists of a Ground Floor, First Level and Roof with a total height of 10m to the highest wall, 496 m2 of construction and 45 m2 of access with parking.

The ground floor of the house has 202 m2 and 45 m2 of access with parking. The living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, utility room, cellar, bathroom, guest room, pool area, garden, grill area, machine room and space for two cars in the front are integrated.

On the First Level we have 136 m2 of construction. Four rooms are configured on this level. The main room with terrace, bathroom and dressing room, the second with bathroom and dressing room and 2 more with shared bathroom and closet in each one.

In the Azotea we have 158 m2 of slab construction and it is a service-only space for placing the condensers for the air conditioners and water tank.

In terms of infrastructure, the hydrosanitary and electrical networks, and voice services are projected towards the general intakes already existing in the subdivision.
