There is also a patio with sea view off the master bedroom. There’s also a private room we always thought would be perfect for art, painting, yoga or exercising. It also overlooks the sea.

The 3rd floor is the rooftop patio that takes up the entire roof of the house, overlooking the ocean. There are whicker furniture up there for relaxing and taking in the views. There’s also natural gas piped, in case you’d like to BBQ while taking in the views.
