Individual house with adjacent property and forest

Behind nine rivers and multiple mountains, on a small hill, in a small village of around 50 inhabitants stands this house built in 2010 with big garden and plenty of fruit trees on a big property next to the forest.

Next to the house stands a farmhouse where hundreds of years ago was place for the horses and other animals. Next to that is another shed that was used for drying grass in the summers.

Basically an old farm on a big property with forest except the house where you would live was built in 2010.

House has a real fireplace where you can heat up the house by burning wood.

Around 20.000 square meters of property around the house partly farmland and partly forest with pine trees.

From the house one has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There are two valleys with two rivers on each side of the hill where the house stands. 15 minutes walking distance to each of the rivers.

One hour car drive to the capital city of Ljubljana.

House is 170 square meters big on two storeys.

Two bathrooms, two toilets, one big kitchen, four sleeping rooms plus a big storage room that one can use as a workshop or a bitcoin mining operation.

We already have a few mining rigs in that room.
