Villa Miglia

Villa Miglia is a project in central Istria (Svetvinčenat), Croatia. All permits are obtained and construction started, completion is set for 09/2024.

Main features of the project are self sufficiency & sustainability with solar power plant, rainwater collection & natural pool. Landscaping has a potential of keeping existing forest on the plot, cultivating it to become organic garden or oasis of peace with outside wellness area with saunas & jacuzzi … or it can be something completely different, a recreational area with golf practice area, mini tennis, padel or some other kind of multifunctional playground.

At this point, the project can be adjusted to suit any investor, landscaping, interior & exterior wise. The tender for the excavation and construction works was completed in September, excavations in progress.
